We offer a simple pricing structure based on individual and group needs.



General

  • How do I renew my subscription?

    Billing is based on 31 days. For example, you sign up and use the service for 21 days, then pause your subscription. The billing cycle will be paused, and you'll have ten days of service to use anytime.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe accepts all the major credit cards used worldwide.

  • Where is your main office?

    We have no main office since COVID drove us into our home offices. Dr. Peat travels to where his clients need him to provide leadership and consulting. This includes schools, school divisions, or education ministries and departments worldwide.

Pricing and Payment

  • Will I be charged taxes?

    Depending on where you live, you may be charged taxes in addition to your annual membership price. If tax applies, you will see it stated separately on your emailed invoice. Tax rates are calculated based on your location or the billing information you provided at the time of purchase.

    Our goal is to make sure that you have the best learning experience possible. If a course is not for you, then follow the instructions here and we’ll offer a full refund within 30 days of the date you purchased your subscription

DR.PEAT provides clients with various flexible options for requesting work. Instead of writing their briefs, clients can ask via phone calls, email, sharing documents, or recording a brief video.


Upon subscribing, you can add several education-related requests to your queue and order them individually through collaboration. This allows efficient management of your requests and ensures that they are addressed promptly and organized efficiently and logically. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to provide you with the best educational support possible.

Refunds will only be issued if somebody cannot meet a request due to our inability to access the appropriate expertise or satisfactorily solve the stated issue or problem. This will be exceedingly rare since the expertise offered is broad and high-quality.
