Requests are typically completed within thirty working days or less. More complex requests may require additional time.

Refunds will only be issued if somebody cannot meet a request due to our inability to access the appropriate expertise or satisfactorily solve the stated issue or problem. This will be exceedingly rare since the expertise offered is broad and high-quality.
