Approach
WE DON'T BLAME THE LEARNER
Our approach is rooted Equitable Service Delivery (ESD) aimed to eliminate "deficit thinking”, removing blame from the learner or their environment to replace it with what can actually be done to support their learning.
RESEARCH-BASED, SOUND THEORY
Our consulting, courses and services are built on research-based and theoretically sound teaching methods, leadership approaches and wellness strategies to enhance success for you and your students.
RELATIONSHIPS MATTER
Our relationship-based, culturally relevant approach also address social and emotional needs. Products and services allow learners to control their own pace and direct their own learning, while encouraging them to think critically and creatively.
PROVEN PRACTICAL STRATEGIES
We know you need proven practical strategies and guidance when dealing with crisis situations and learners with a diverse range of needs. These include practical approaches for instructors, parents, and curriculum developers who are infusing technology into their instruction to support learning.
