We define "justice" as fairness expressed through equity.
Equity is not about producing "social justice warriors," eco-terrorists, or far-left political movements. For us, equity is about giving the people you love a fighting chance to enjoy the life we all want for ourselves. We recognize the need for competition to stimulate growth and innovation, but not at the expense of compassion for other people's unnecessary suffering.
